Refund policy:
- Returned items will be offered store credit. Please return your item within 7 days in the exact condition from which you purchased it.

- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us the same day of delivery & send us pictures.
Shipping policy:
- We recommend selecting shipping insurance for all items purchased. If purchasing an item that includes free shipping, we will always include shipping insurance.
- For stocked items, please allow 2-3 days for order processing and packaging.
- For custom-made pieces, please allow for a 4-8 week lead time.
